The board hosted our annual meeting on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 4:00 PM at the end of the Sessions Drive cul-de-sac.
We elected 3 of the 5 board member positions, each for a two-year term. Twenty-two (22) of the 58 owners voted (38%) reaching a quorum of at least 30% of owners electing the following board members:
Jonathan Marshall
Scott Pelak (incumbant)
Matt Mozak (incumbant)
